For the purpose of this Refunds and Cancellations Policy, wherever the context so requires,
i. The term ‘You’ & ‘User’, shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the Services provided on the Website www.shoprx.in (“Website”) and mobile app (“App”) and who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the laws of India.

iii. The term ‘Service’ shall mean the business of selling pharmaceutical products/ medicines and other products through the ecommerce platform owned by the Company.
We vouch for our Services at ShopRx and your satisfaction with Our Services is of primary importance to Us. We also do our best to ensure that the products you order from us are delivered according to your specifications.
However, in the event you receive a defective product or, the ordered product is lost or damaged during transit or the product ordered by you is past its expiry date, please notify our customer support team in the following manner within 10 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that ShopRx will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt.

We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not lost or defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, only if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt.
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipments and Ortho Support. Also, shoprx.in, reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.".
Refunds shall be subject to transactional cost deduction and may vary upon user location, the payment method and the refund policy of the third party payment gateway chosen by the User (“Payment Gateway”). ShopRx Pharmacy strives to make such refunds to the Users within 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) business days of ShopRx Pharmacy initiating the refund for reasons mentioned in the paragraph above, however the timeline within which the refunds shall actually be made to the User’s bank account, depends solely on the Payment Gateway.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY: FOR THE BUYERS a) SHIPPING: Most of the orders placed through us are shipped within the timelines intimated by ShopRx. You will be notified of a planned shipping date within 2 business days of placing your order . The Shipping charges are subject to estimation thus, actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice according to best method/best price, and
the same will be informed to you prior to the shipping. Accepting requests for pickup or special delivery are at our discretion.
b) PAYMENT Payment is required to be made before the shipment of your order. We accept convenient modes of payment such as cash on delivery, cheques, net banking, MasterCard, and visa. For the convenience of buyers outside of India, we provide payment options
via debit card, PayTM, goolge pay, or phonepe, CCAvenue or direct Bank deposit. c) DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT- ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY AND MODE OF DELIVERY The estimated time of delivery is within 3 to 5 working days for domestic orders by air and within 5 to 8 working days for domestic orders by road. The estimated time of delivery is______working days for international orders.
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like FedEX or DTDC. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by
our courier partners.Basically products/goods will be delivered by the vendors but in some exceptional cases or on the request of vendor, the company at his own discretion can also deliver the goods/products to the Customer/Buyers.
d) PACKAGING OF THE ITEM: Products that are framed (with glass or otherwise) or those products which are susceptible to breakage will be packed in protective
layers of bubble-wrap and other such anti-shock material so that they are delivered to you undamaged.
e) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY www.shoprx.in delivers items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use private post, our own delivery sources and third party delivery executives depending on your location to deliver your shipments
safely and timely to you. Customs duty & other international taxes, etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
f) ONLINE TRACKING All www.shoprx.in items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
We will email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
g) BUYERS PROTECTION PROGRAM The payment is not released to the seller until the product is delivered to the buyer and the buyer confirms product satisfaction.www.shoprx.com upholds high standards of post purchase service, such as
easy returns and refunds in case of damaged/defective/broken orders as specified on the website, or if the product is disliked for quality. www.shoprx.in is bound to respond to any refund/return claim within 2 to 3 working days.
